Temporary position to cover a medical leave.
From 9 AM to 3 PM (Flexible start/end times)
Possibility of permanent position after temporary cover
Responsibilities
* Customer service and reception at the office.
* Management of emails and phone calls.
* Support in drafting and reviewing contracts.
* Processing of services such as water and electricity, as well as procedures with the National Police for foreign clients(NIE).
* Accompanying clients to the notary.
* Carrying out various external procedures (with Banks, Cabildo, Town Hall, Land Registries).
Requirements
* Good level of English is essential; knowledge of German and French will be an asset.
* Previous experience in administrative and reception duties will be valued.
* Punctuality and commitment.
