Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for an administrative / accountant role. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and comfortable handling financial and administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

ResponsabilitiesAccounting:· Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable· Prepare and issue invoices· Perform bank reconciliations· Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures· Support preparation of financial reports and documentation· Maintain expense tracking and cost control records· Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulationsAdministrative:· Manage and organize documentation and filing systems· Provide general administrative and office support· Coordinate with external providers (accountants, auditors, suppliers)· Handle correspondence and internal communications· Assist with contract administration and data entry· Support management with administrative tasks

Qualifications· Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field· Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred· Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)· Experience with accounting software is an advantage· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills· Good communication and multitasking abilities
