· Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records
· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Perform bank reconciliations
· Maintain expense tracking and cost control records
· Provide general administrative and office support
· Coordinate with external providers (accountants, auditors, suppliers)
· Assist with contract administration and data entry
· Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
· Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred
· Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Experience with accounting software is an advantage
