Role Description
This is an internship role for an Admin & Finance Intern with HistARy, based in Barcelona. It is a hybrid role that allows for some work to be done from home. The selected intern will handle administrative tasks, provide support in financial operations, and assist with customer service. Responsibilities may include processing financial data, organizing records, and responding to client inquiries while collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
Demonstrated Analytical Skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge or interest in Finance and P&L constructions
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in relevant office software tools
Enthusiasm for history, education, or cultural tourism is a bonus
