For our customer services department ,we need a native french/dutch speaker, capable of managing work, working as a team, being customer-oriented and easy to adapt.
Its main tasks are:
1. Client attendance on the telephone / on site
2. Changes and updates in the contracts membership (resales, interfamily, deaths and name removals, marriages, divorces, addition of new membership holders....)
3. Control and issuing of guest certificates
4. Preparation of arrivals, food packs, airport transfers, baby cots and high chairs, special requirements for medical reasons,...
5. Extra nights' accommodation when required due to flights
6. Booking accommodation for non AVC Members
7. Control of "no show" apartments and contact the member´s involved
9. Follow up when fully paid and bookings at the Anfi Clubs for Anfi Dreams clients, as well as extension of the vouchers validity if required.
10. Activations of the external bookings (RCI + Holiday Plus) for clients Anfi Dreams once fully paid.
11. Data base updating
12. Attendance of suggestions, queries and complaints
13. Change of contracts according to new spanish legislation
**Requirements**:
- Native Dutch and/or French and proficient in Spanish or English
- Other languages will be valued
What we offer:
- Temporary contract of 3 + 3 months.
- Salary: 18000€ gross/year
- Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00)
- Uniform, parking and lunch.
