About the Role
As an HR Admin Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting daily HR operations in an international environment. Working closely with our HR team, you will contribute to key administrative activities while learning how HR processes support employees throughout their lifecycle. This internship is a great opportunity to develop practical HR skills, gain exposure to HR systems and reporting, and collaborate with different teams across multiple countries.
What You'll Learn
During this internship, you will develop knowledge and practical experience in:
* Employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
* Working with HR systems and tools used to maintain employee records and reporting.
* HR compliance and employment regulations, particularly in different European markets.
* HR reporting and data accuracy to support internal decision-making.
* Cross-functional collaboration with teams such as HR, Finance, and external providers.
* Supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives in an international environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate employee data in our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, including updates related to hires, employee changes, and exits, while preparing supporting HR documentation such as contracts, confirmations, reference letters, and work permits.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (employees, HR teams, Finance, and external providers) to support smooth HR operations and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
* Assist with the preparation of recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and relevance for stakeholders.
* Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Follow global HR procedures and contribute to cross-country collaboration, supporting peer checks and helping identify trends or potential issues.
* Participate in internal projects related to the implementation of new HR tools or processes.
About You
We're looking for a motivated and curious person who is eager to start a career in Human Resources and learn in a dynamic, international environment.
* Interest in HR operations, people management, or business administration.
* Experience with SAP HCM or other HR systems is a plus, but not required.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage tasks with deadlines.
* Analytical, proactive, and adaptable mindset with strong communication and customer service skills.
* Previous experience in HR administration is a plus but not required, this is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level profile looking to develop a career in HR!

* Fluency in English is required.
