We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Administrative & Office Management Assistant to support daily HR operations while ensuring the smooth running of the office. This role combines administrative HR duties with office management responsibilities, requiring strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a people-oriented mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesSupport recruitment processes (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication)Assist with onboarding and offboarding processesPrepare HR documents (contracts, letters, certificates, etc.)Track employee attendance, leave, and absencesSupport payroll preparation by providing relevant dataEnsure compliance with labor regulations and internal policiesOversee daily office operations and ensure a well-functioning workplaceManage office supplies inventory and place orders when neededCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and building managementOrganize meetings, events, and internal activitiesHandle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiriesMaintain xiphteb a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2 years proven experience in administrative, HR, or office management rolesStrong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
