Mission
Your mission will be assist in the operation of the assigned area by performing administrative support and logistics control tasks.
Responsibilities
* Support the project director in all administrative and logistical tasks.
* Manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoices in the ERP system.
* Handle personnel documentation (expenses, attendance, medical checks).
* Maintain project files and inventory records.
* Receive, inspect, and deliver materials.
* Oversee warehouse operations and proper storage.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
* Administrative professional training
* LRP course of 20 or 60 hours with certificate
* Knowledge of Excel
