We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Los Cristianos. The ideal candidate will share our vision and passion for cycling, be a team-oriented professional with strong attention to detail, and be capable of adapting to different situations and working under pressure with a strong work ethic.
Key Requirements:
* Knowledge of cycling
* Customer service experience
* Fluent level of English
Valuable Skills:
* Other languages (German, French, etc.)
* Passion for cycling, both road and mountain
Working Hours:
* Full-time position
* Flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday with two days off per week
* Morning, afternoon, or split shifts depending on the season and operational needs

Duties:
* Customer service, providing a friendly, professional, and personalized experience
* Managing rental bookings: organizing, processing, and following up on reservations
* Inventory control and management, ensuring stock availability and order
* Stocking and product replenishment in the store
* Typical store department tasks
