Our client is undergoing a significant GTM Technology transformation with an AI-first approach. They’re looking for a highly experienced Senior SFDC Admin / GTM Tooling Specialist to join their team in Europe. This role is crucial for evolving their 15-year-old Salesforce implementation, addressing technical debt, and ensuring optimal performance and integration of key GTM platforms. You will also be instrumental in identifying and leveraging AI-driven solutions within the administrative scope. You will work closely with East Coast teams, requiring flexibility in your hours (full EST schedule not necessary).Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, responsible for the daily configuration, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud instances.Lead the optimization and refactoring of existing Salesforce declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) to enhance efficiency and reduce technical debt.Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and critical GTM tools, including Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Marketo, ensuring data hygiene and reliable data flow.Deeply understand and optimize lead flows within Salesforce, from capture to routing, assignment, and conversion, ensuring seamless transitions across integrated GTM tools.Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning features to automate tasks, improve data quality, and enhance sales and marketing effectiveness, especially in lead management and nurture flows.Evaluate and recommend native Salesforce AI solutions or AppExchange products for lead scoring, segmentation, and predictive analytics that can be implemented declaratively.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and prioritize an AI-first approach where applicable.Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, and sharing rules.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide GTM performance insights.Diagnose and resolve complex administrative and data issues within Salesforce and integrated GTM platforms.Contribute to the evolution of the GTM tech stack, focusing on AI capabilities and innovation opportunities.Ensure data integrity and best practices across systems to support AI model training and performance.Required Skills and Qualifications :
7+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, with deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.Proven expertise in Salesforce declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).Experience with Salesforce integrations, especially with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Marketo.Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing complex lead flows within Salesforce.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of addressing technical debt and optimizing Salesforce implementations.Interest or experience in AI/ML concepts and their application in CRM/GTM, leveraging native Salesforce AI features.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones.Fluency in English.Nice to have :
