**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Configure, manage and maintain offers, prices, discounts using SAP Vistex- Ensure that offers and prices are updated in sales management systems- Identify opportunities for improvement in the automation of trade agreement management- Ensure compliance with established pricing and discount policies- Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to billing, payments, pricing or contracts- Coordinate with different departments, such as finance, sales, customer service and operations, to obtain the information necessary to resolve disputes- Analyze disputes to identify recurring patterns and propose improvements to business processes that minimize future conflicts- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of open and resolved disputes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines- Monitor and update the inventory of all equipment provided to customers- Ensure that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained of the location and status of each piece of equipment- Maintain all necessary documentation for the transfer and return of equipment, including contracts and account letters- Resolve discrepancies related to the location or status of the equipment on loan- Create sales reports that include key metrics such as sales, targets, growth, by salesperson, area, country or business**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/ College or a high school diploma / GED with some of experience in Sales.
- Spanish skills and English on Medium level required.
- Advanced experience in SAP Vistex (pricing and discounting functionality)- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM - SalesForce) and contract management tools- Control of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel (macros, pivot tables)- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time, and working with a minimum of supervision- EU work permit**Desired Characteristics**:- Strong oral and written communication skills- Ability to work independently.
