OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain and the Maldives. **RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Provide exceptional service in the pool area, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Take drink and snack orders accurately, transmitting them to the bar and kitchen.
- Advise guests on the drink and snack menu, offering personalized recommendations.
- Serve drinks and snacks according to OKU standards, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Attend to guests' needs in the pool area, refilling drinks, offering towels, and providing additional assistance.
- Maintain the pool area clean and organized, preparing sun loungers and umbrellas for guests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process guest payments.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Passion for hospitality and customer service, representing the OKU philosophy in your professional environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pool Waiter in high-end establishments, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous Pre-Opening experience is a plus.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
**Technical Skills and Knowledge**
- Knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.
- Experience in service techniques and etiquette protocols in the pool area.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in food and beverage handling.
