Job Description:
Functions:
Control the Work Schedule established with the Site Manager at a technical and economic level. Specify monthly production objectives. Monitor progress.
Control and forecast costs, collaborating with the Site Manager on monthly closures.
Perform actual measurements and compare them against plans.
Define and support the site supervisor to ensure planned tasks are completed.
Technical supervision of work execution according to the project and existing regulations.
Control the technical quality of the work.
Supervise compliance with safety and health regulations on site.
Specify needs for hiring, supplies, and tools for upcoming periods, indicating critical hiring and reception dates.
Request quotes and prepare comparisons.
Negotiate contracts and billing with subcontractors and suppliers.
Facilitate relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage warehouse operations. Analyze deviations between theoretical and actual outputs with the administrative staff.
Ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment with the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering.
3 or more years of experience in similar roles.
Driver’s license B.
