¿Cómo va a ser tu día a día?
Desde el departamento de RRHH, buscamos a una persona que incorpore para dar soporte en las siguientes tareas administrativas:
Gestión de la documentación de becas.Contacto con universidades y centros de estudio para gestionar convenios para las prácticas/ becas.Contactar con los managers para gestionar y hacer seguimiento de las mismas.Coordinación de voluntariados.Contacto con fundaciones de diversidad.Mantenimiento de la base de datos de los empleados.Otras tareas de apoyo y gestión en el ámbito administrativo dentro de la Dirección de Personas y Cultura.

Formación en Administración, ADE o RRHH.Experiencia previa en posiciones administrativas será un plus.Nivel de inglés (B1/B2).Persona ordenada y con habilidades de comunicación.Office (imprescindible Excel) y Google Suite.
