We are currently looking to onboard a Junior PMO profile to support ongoing initiatives, and we would appreciate your proposal for suitable candidates.
Profile Requirements
* Strong stakeholder understanding: Ability to understand and translate the needs of senior/high-level management into actionable tasks and structured plans
* Presentation skills: Capability to prepare clear and structured presentations for management-level audiences
* Analytical skills: Comfortable working with data and figures, with good numerical understanding
* Excel proficiency: Solid experience using Excel (data analysis, tracking, reporting)
Role and Responsabilities
* Support project tracking, reporting, and coordination activities
* Prepare management presentations and status updates
* Assist in financial follow-up and data analysis
* Ensure alignment between business needs and project execution
100% Remote(Only Spanish Residents) - Fluent English (C1) German is a plus
