The job involves executing a well-documented process, which involves requesting certifications from suppliers (through the client), managing documentation, uploading it to SAP, following up, escalating when necessary, and performing administrative tasks within the system. /ppFollow a standardized process outlined in a ~10-page document.br/Request certifications through the client for each material number.br/Receive and verify regulatory documents.br/Upload documentation to SAP.br/Follow up on pending requests.br/Escalate delays or incidents.br/Use SAP to record and advance processes (button pushes, simple workflows). /ppExperiencie: /ppStudents or recent graduates.br/Fluent in German and English.br/Short SAP training (or willingness to learn).br/Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.br/Ability to follow written processes and transfer knowledge to the next person /ppWe positively value all work or study experience abroad.br/All positions require a high level of English (at least B2) - please send your detailed CV in English. /p
