The Role
We're looking for a
hands-on, highly dynamic Guest Experience & STR Operations Coordinator
to help us elevate guest satisfaction and daily operations across our South Tenerife portfolio (currently ~40 properties).
Perfect for someone who:
Has hotel Rooms Division or related operational experience
Loves solving problems independently
Thrives in high-energy, tech-driven environments
Wants to grow with an international company
What You'll Do
Guest Experience
* Communicate with guests utilizing AI
* Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
* Monitor reviews and drive continuous improvement
Operations Coordination
* Manage cleaning schedules, property readiness, and checklists via
Breezeway
* Conduct on-site quality inspections
* Support onboarding of new properties
Maintenance & Repairs
* Log, prioritize, and coordinate repair work
* Work closely with external technicians to ensure fast resolutions
Inventory & Supplies
* Track and manage consumables, amenities, and linens
* Coordinate stock levels and replenishments
Tech & Process Improvement
* Operate daily in
Guesty, Breezeway, automation tools, and AI systems
* Help improve SOPs and digital workflows
Manager on Duty (MOD)
* Participate in
1 weekend per month MOD standby
* Handle escalated operational issues (standby shifts included in compensation)
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping coordination, or similar
* Fluent Spanish & English
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using PMS, operational apps, automation & AI tools
* Strong stress resistance and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Driver's license
* Flexibility for dynamic working schedules and MOD shifts
