About the Role:
The role involves delivering the company's growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of all Almarai products within the designated sales administrative area, strictly adhering to sales ethics standards.
Potential candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales admin management role, preferably within FMCG multi-SKU in the Middle East.
3. Proficient in English (verbal and written).
4. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
5. Proven experience in the sales process.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Planning, facilitation, and change management skills.
9. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. A structured approach and a passion for working with people and numbers.
