Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a subject matter expert on occupational health and safety for AI training projects
* Review, analyze, and provide detailed feedback on safety procedures, documentation, and compliance materials
* Curate and validate training content to ensure alignment with current regulatory standards and industry best practices
* Collaborate with AI developers, trainers, and project managers to improve training data quality
* Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases in safety scenarios and recommend improvements
* Translate complex safety regulations and real-world incidents into structured, actionable AI training inputs
* Stay current on emerging trends, regulatory updates, and evolving safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive professional experience in occupational health and safety
* Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
* Experience reviewing safety data, incident reports, and procedural documentation
* Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
* Comfortable using digital collaboration and documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent
* Experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or technical training projects
* Background in technical writing or digital content development related to safety
