Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Credit Controller for our Spain office to manage complex insurance debtor and creditor accounts in an international environment, working alongside a team of credit controllers.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with international and domestic customers, insurance intermediaries, and reinsurers to ensure timely collection of premiums and recoveries.
Manage broker and reinsurer accounts, building effective relationships and working collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to resolve queries.
Analyze debtor and creditor accounts, reconcile differences, and monitor resolutions.
Follow credit control processes, improve documentation, and ensure compliance with RSA policies.
Issue monthly statements to brokers and contribute to ongoing projects.
Maintain awareness of legal requirements and data accuracy.
Skills and ExperienceIdeal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in credit control or finance administration, proficiency in Excel and data systems, and fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written). A positive, organized, and results-driven attitude is essential, along with adaptability to change.
