We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You can be part of the team. **What would your daily routine look like?**
- You will assist in the preparation of Customs Declarations, updating data, and other administrative tasks that may arise daily.
- You will process customs documents with official agencies.
- You will answer customer calls with information for shipping or questions about customs procedures.
- You will liaise with other departments in the company, primarily Billing and Operations, to provide quality customer service.
- You will work as a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives, providing the best possible service for worldwide shipments while maintaining compliance with customs regulations.
- In short: you are proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your area!

**What do we expect from you?**
- Essential qualifications: Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training. (A completed or in-process university degree will be an asset).
- A proactive attitude, flexibility, and organizational skills are required.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be an asset.
- Intermediate English is essential.
- Communication skills.
- Computer skills at the user level are required.
- Knowledge of foreign trade will be an asset.
- Availability to work hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Tuesday - Saturday)
