Overview
The company is seeking a Sales Administrative Back Office to support commercial and back-office activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the current customer portfolio and attract new clients.
- Back-office tasks: order entry and follow-up.
- Invoicing tasks.
- Handling incidents and claims.
- Managing the company\'s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram).
Desired Profile / Qualifications
- Higher or intermediate education.
- High level of French and English.
- Around 3 years of experience in a similar position in international trade. References from previous jobs are required.
- Office IT skills (especially Excel) and agility with current technologies.
- Knowledge of SAP.
We offer
- Full-time employment contract. Working hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:00 and Fridays 07:00-14:00.
