Your Responsibilities1. Business Development
Identify and prospect companies seeking funding
Sell services including:
Initial Public Offerings (IPO)
Develop a network of entrepreneurs, executives, and investors
Identify and respond to financial tenders (public and private)
2. Deal Execution
Structure and lead fundraising operations
Identify and engage investors (funds, family offices, corporates)
Support executives through to closing
3. IPO & Complex Transactions
Participate in structuring IPO projects
Coordinate stakeholders (legal, financial, listing sponsors)
Contribute to market access strategy
Analyze requirements and specifications
Draft commercial and technical proposals
Coordinate internally to maximize success rates
Profile SoughtExperience in:
B2B business development and/or
Strong commercial drive with financial understanding
Comfortable with complex sales cycles
Entrepreneurial mindset, fully autonomous
Existing professional network is a strong plus
Professional fluency in English is required, a strong proficiency in French is a plus.
