The team operates like an internal venture studio, mixing product, growth, and strategy to go from 0→1.Your mission in the teamAs a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist, you’ll support the early validation of new product ideas by helping us reach the right users, test market signals, and gather traction data across channels. Working closely with the Special Projects team, you’ll execute campaigns and experiments that help us understand demand, positioning, and go-to-market opportunities.What you'll doDesign and execute growth marketing campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).Collaborate on thestrategy behind user acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention levers.Contribute toSEO / SEM planning :
keyword research, content briefs, backlinking tactics, landing page optimization.Set up, monitor and iterate on campaign performance.Analyze audience behavior, competitors and performance data to formulate hypotheses and propose experiments.Brainstorm and test new growth tactics, messaging and positioning across channels.Collaborate with design and content to produce effective creatives (ads, emails, landing pages).Help with growth ops and tooling :
tracking, CRM integration, reporting, etc.What we’re looking for2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing.Fluent in English and Spanish.Working knowledge ofMeta Ads, Google Ads, and basic SEO / SEM concepts.Comfortable with execution :
running small experiments, building reports, etc.Analytical mindset – you care about data, metrics, and performance.Proactive and autonomous – you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.Basic familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.Nice to haveBased near Barcelona or able to occasionally meet in person.Naturallyproactive, autonomousand open-minded in your approach.What we offer100% remote work (within Spain) with ownership and flexibility.Transparent compensation :
