As part of this challenge, you will coordinate purchasing activities for several projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Purchasing coordination for several projects, comprising:
1. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to define procurement needs (equipment, HW/SW components, licenses, etc.)..
2. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers, seeking the best technical and economic conditions.
3. Coordinate the full end-to-end procurement process, from need identification to order issuance and follow-up
4. Reporting to project responsibles on purchase requests status
5. Manage issues related to defective or non-compliant materials, supporting their resolution with suppliers.
6. Transfer software licenses to final customers and Management of some suppliers serviceS

Additionally, candidates should have proficiency level working with the MS Office toolset. We will also value:
