ResponsibilitiesApart from driving enterprise sales, you will be primarily responsible for engaging with enterprise prospects, turning them into happy Alan customers. Supported by BDRs, you will find leads, understand the needs of our prospects, present our product, drive sales, and manage key customer relationships until they sign the contract. You must understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, creating a pleasant, instructive and delightful prospect experience. You should also help us grow and improve as a company by challenging our product, methods and strategy and participating in other relevant projects.
Qualifications
At least 4 years experience selling to large/enterprise companies
B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to HR
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
Ability to create a high‐touch strategy adapted to each prospect
Highly organized with exceptional follow‐up skills
Humility and willingness to learn from others and be challenged in your actions
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building
Willingness to go the extra mile
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
Methods for challenging others to improve our product and strategy constructively
