The Resources Admin Officer role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Resources team. As our Resources Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and professional admin support within the Resources team and company wide where required.
You will interact with many of our stakeholders both internal and external and will show our values each day by ensuring a customer focussed service is provided to all.
Key duties and responsibilities of our Resources Admin Officer:
- Provide a high‑quality clerical and typing service, including the preparation of general correspondence, bespoke letters, reports, and other administrative documents. Support effective tenant liaison and coordinate clear internal and external communications to ensure consistent and professional information sharing.
- Attend meetings as required within the Resources Directorate and undertake minutes of those meetings as required.
- Utilise standard letter templates and update these as and when necessary, in liaison with the Senior Administration Officer and the appropriate Officer within the relevant service.
- Respond to and process customer insurance claims, providing relevant tenancy details, property details and repairs history. This also involves the consultation with other services to facilitate resolution.
- Update and maintain the customer profile database and extract information from systems as required.

What we're looking for in our Resources Admin Officer:
- 4 GCSEs (A-C Grade) or equivalent qualification OR relevant office experience
- Demonstrate a positive, versátil approach to team working
- Experience of providing administrative support in busy environment including maintaining accurate records
- Experience of working within customer focused service
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload with minimum supervision
