About the role :

We are looking for an Account Manager specialized in the sale of software, with a passion for the B2B industry and customer relations, and with aspirations to grow personally and professionally in a constantly changing and highly motivating environment within our high growth technological company.

You will be a ''sales farmer'' with the ability to identify new opportunities and maximize sales with existing clients. You will be responsible, among other things, for managing existing accounts, identifying and attracting customers, selling presentations of our software platform, managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts and offers, etc.

You will join a high growth digital company with a fast and dynamic work rhythm culture, based on transparency, responsibility and customer service.

What you'll do :

* Management of existing accounts. Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers to provide first class support, in addition to working with other internal teams (presales, customer services, etc.) to meet their needs and identify new projects and opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
* Creation and management of a new client portfolio, selling the OPINATOR software platform.
* Manage and grow a sales pipeline, keeping it updated for financial reports and forecasting and business planning.
* Always stay up-to-date on the industry and market trends. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, threats from the competition, ways to improve our sales cycle and opportunities to provide greater value to customers by offering greater corporate services.
* Become a valuable representative of the company and its brand in the market.
* Carry out all activities with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

What we're looking for :

* Proven track record of sales success in B2B SaaS software / services, minimum 3 years of experience.
* Strong understanding of digital business models and the SaaS landscape.
* A Bachelor's Degree; Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
* Fluent Spanish and English (Level C1 / C2). Additional languages will be of advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Tools.
