Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners and you will be working with a variety of different companies, from e-commerce retailers to media outlets, and help them generate revenue by promoting their products or services through third-party websites or platforms.
Main Responsibilities
* Recruit / look for new Affiliates / IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates / IBs
* Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
* Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts
* Search for Affiliate / Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our terms
* Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
* Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
* Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
* Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
* Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services
* Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
* Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns
* Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
* Represent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or any other related field is a plus
* At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role
* Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plus
* Excellent command of English and Spanish language is a must
* Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details
* Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks
* Exceptional planning and project management skills
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to travel when needed to conferences and / or team meetings in other locations
