What will you do?
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas de higiene, seguridad sanitaria y alimentaria, incluyendo APPCC/HACCP y buenas prácticas de manipulación.
- Implementar y monitorear programas de prevención y control de riesgos sanitarios, proponiendo y supervisando acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Realizar auditorías internas en cocinas, almacenes, áreas de servicio y zonas comunes para verificar condiciones higiénico-sanitarias.
- Controlar la calidad del agua: anlisis de agua de consumo humano, piscina, aplicación de planes de prevención de Legionela.
- Capacitar y sensibilizar al personal en higiene, seguridad alimentaria y buenas prácticas operativas.
- Elaborar informes y mantener la documentación sanitaria actualizada, preparando el hotel para inspecciones y auditorías externas.
What are we looking for?
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares dentro de hoteles, restaurantes, catering, industria alimentaria o empresas de control sanitario.
- Formación universitaria o técnica en Ingeniería en Alimentos, Seguridad e Higiene, Microbiología, Nutrición, Sanidad Ambiental o carreras afines.
- Conocimiento comprobado en normativa sanitaria local y buenas prácticas de manipulación.
- Debe destacar por atención al detalle, liderazgo operativo, trabajo en equipo y resolución eficaz de problemas y toma de decisiones.
