Responsibilities
- New customer acquisition (B2B) – Contact potential business partners through cold calls, aiming to generate new sales opportunities in the Italian market.
- Needs analysis and personalized consulting – Understand the potential customers\ ' needs and present tailoredsolutions, highlighting the advantages of Trusted Shops’ services (e.G., Trustmark, reviews, buyer protection).
- Managing the entire sales cycle – Handle every stage of the negotiation, from lead qualification to the offer presentation, negotiation, and closing the deal.
- Collaboration with internal teams (
