PFrom bWinning Consulting /b we are looking for a bProject Manager / Business Analyst /b to join our delivery teams on a high-impact transformation programme for a leading international Insurance company. /ppbLocation: /b Remote (Spain) /ppbr/ppResponsibilities /pulliLead workstreams within a transformation programme, managing scope, timeline, dependencies, risks and actions through to delivery. /liliAct as the link between business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams and external partners to elicit, analyse, validate and communicate requirements. /liliFacilitate workshops and interviews, capturing outcomes and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. /liliDocument end-to-end processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), process flows and key business rules; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls. /liliTranslate needs into clear delivery artefacts and support solution design with the wider implications in mind. /liliDrive delivery governance: status reporting, RAID, decision logs, steering materials and change requests when scope or solution impacts are identified. /liliSupport testing and implementation activities, ensuring the delivered solution meets the business need. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams in a distributed setup to ensure quality outcomes and adoption. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements /pulli+5-8 years proven experience combining Project Management and Business Analysis in transformation initiatives (binsurance sector experience preferred /b). /liliStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with ambiguity, structure complex topics and drive decisions. /liliSolid experience in requirements elicitation and documentation, process modelling and workshop facilitation. /liliExperience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models; comfortable with governance, reporting and delivery tracking. /liliStrong written communication skills (clear, concise documentation and executive-ready updates). /liliTools: strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel); Jira/Confluence, MS Project or equivalent are a plus. /liliLanguages: Spanish and English (fluent) a third European language is highly valued. /li /ulpbr/pp About Winning Consulting /ppAt Winning Consulting we drive our clients’ transformation through consulting, training, talent acquisition and research.
