Support director and teachers team in everyday operations;
Provide information and support to clients and students - in face to face contacts, by email, What's Up and phone;
Monitor and keepthe premises in good order, monitor supplies;
Work closely with director to make sure that the academy operates smoothly.
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
* Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work with social media is an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Previous experience in admin and/or customer service is an advantage
