Job Description: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the entire gigafactory construction project
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans
* Manage project budget, timeline, and resource allocation
* Oversee technical coordination between multiple engineering teams
* Ensure compliance with industrial construction standards and regulations
* Conduct regular progress reviews and risk assessments
* Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and technical teams
Required Qualifications
* Experience:
o 5+ years in industrial project management
o Proven track record in complex construction projects
o Experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sector preferred
* Technical Skills:
o Advanced project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2)
o Proficiency in project management software
o Strong technical understanding of industrial construction processes
o Budget and financial management expertise
* Personal Competencies:

Educational Requirements
