At Subdued, we are looking for a sales assistant who is capable of working in a team, has a passion for fashion, creativity, and responsibility. You will become part of the Subdued team and will become a brand ambassador and the face of our store in Palma de Mallorca.
We seek a dynamic, ambitious profile that identifies with the brand and knows how to convey our essence. You will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers, always ensuring the design of our points of sale while maintaining the brand's image and culture.
Your mission will be to welcome the customer and assist them during the sale, following the philosophy and standards provided by the company. You will advise them as a fashion expert with a deep knowledge of our products, conveying enthusiasm for the Subdued brand, thus making each shopping experience an unforgettable purchase.
Your tasks as a sales assistant will be:
- Manage customer welcoming and satisfaction until the final sale
- Ensure the style of the point of sale is in line with company policies
- Coordinate the reception and assortment of merchandise
- Keep sales spaces and the stockroom organized

REQUIREMENTS
- Positive attitude
- basic knowledge of the English language
- At least one year of experience in an agency/company/freelance.
