Job Purpose

We are looking for a Bid Support Administrator accountable for UAN (vendor special prices) creation in our system based on documentation received from vendors. This position ensures special conditions are visible to our sales force and customers in Intouch.


Responsibilities

* UAN creation in our system (65%)
* Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation (30%)
* Basic data base maintenance (5%)


Knowledge, Skills And Experience

* Possesses basic data entry skills.
* Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
* Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
* Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
* Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
