Key Responsibilities Within the Services Digital Team, in relationships with the Business and platform teams, you are gathering and evaluating the business requirements for the Pricefx and Oracle CPQ Cloud platforms.

Your project is part of the large scale Services Front Office growth and business transformation.

Your responsibilities are to
\n
Analyze the requirements, identify the gaps and propose the enhancement of the solution
\n
Lead cross functional process discussions and deep dives, negotiate appropriate target process, and document \"as is\" as well as \"to be\" processes
\n
Collaborate and challenge the external IT partners and internal development teams in multiple countries
\n
Evaluate information gathered, making the complex simple, and deliver an answer that drives to best practice and solution scalability
\n
Promote the reference model to minimize the evolution
\n
Own and lead some topics (RPA, document management, UI/UX, mobile..) Qualifications:
\n
University or Engineering degree, preferably in a technical discipline with business management
\n
Proven successful experience with business requirements in complex international environments
\n
Knowledge of front office products such as Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ Cloud BigMachines or equivalent, Pricefx or equivalent, ERP platforms (mainly SAP and/or Oracle)
\n
Minimum 5 years experience in the IT field Knowledge of Services Skills: Comfortable in challenging environments Ability to act as owner and ensure the right level of collaboration
\n
Experience into business analysis (converting business requirements into specifications) Strong analytical skills and demonstrated business judgment Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Fluent English.
