Context:
GLEAMER is looking for scaling in Spain and for that is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in this strategic market.
Role & Responsibilities:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding Gleamer's footprint across the Spanish healthcare ecosystem.
* Business development and sales execution
* Drive direct sales to hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare networks across Spain
* Manage the full sales cycle
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with company growth targets
* Develop and execute territory and account plans
* Strategic partnerships
* Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners (including distributors, integrators, and industry leaders)
* Support partners in identifying opportunities and closing deals
* Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure alignment with Gleamer's strategy
* Market development
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
* Identify new opportunities and expansion channels
* Represent Gleamer at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
* Increase brand awareness and strengthen Gleamer's presence in Spain
* Internal collaboration and reporting
* Provide regular reporting and forecasts to HQ
* Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
* Share customer feedback to help improve products and commercial strategy
Profile
Experience and background
* 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in Spain in healthcare, SaaS, MedTech, or AI
* Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
* Experience working with partners and indirect sales channels
* Experience in medical imaging or healthcare is a strong plus
Skills
* Strong commercial and negotiation skill
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growing scale-up
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
