As a Bartender, you will be a key part of creating an outstanding guest experience by delivering excellent service in a fun, friendly, and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of beverage preparation, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive while juggling multiple priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guest preferences and established company recipes.
Provide warm, attentive service by greeting guests promptly, taking drink orders efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming bar atmosphere.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and storage areas throughout each shift.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or supply needs to management.
Ensure all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use.
Accurately process cash and card transactions using the POS system.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Position Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to work outdoors in varying and sometimes extreme weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.
