We help well‐known brands — the ones you use every day — improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Experience Specialist in Barcelona (on‐site), you will be part of our team of game‐changers who are powering the brands of the future in the Automotive industry.What you will do in this roleLead structured follow‐up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a productRepresent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfactionReinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferencesCollect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teamsMaintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow‐up and offer‐related calls with the same prospectsEnsure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brandConcentrix is a great match if you:Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch and EnglishHold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studiesBring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectorsCommunicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive‐level or high‐end clienteleDemonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium productsAre structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offersAre comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post‐interactionDon't meet every requirement?
