📢 In CTGE we are looking for an Reception & Attendance Specialist to join our Administrative Office team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and support in different tasks:
Chinese Delegation management:
* Providing information and itinerary preparation before the arrival of delegations.
* Responsible for arranging vehicles, accommodation, dining, etc. required for the reception of delegations.
* Coordinating and supporting relevant departments during the delegations stay in Europe.
* Responsible for relevant budget application and subsequent reimbursement work in our SAP system.
* Responsible for recording and archiving relevant information after the reception of delegations.
* Other administrative work related.
Apartment management:
* Responsible for searching for and visiting flats for the company, when necessary.
* Negotiate with real estate agencies or landlords about the rental conditions.
* Coordinate with departments on the contracts and payment.
* Liaise with cleaning companies to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of both collective and individual apartments.
* Assist in handling reimbursement processes related to delegation reception, apartment management, and other relevant affairs.
💼 Qualifications:
* Degree in Communication, Administration, or any relevant discipline/equivalent work experience.
* Chinese (Native - C2), Spanish (Advanced - C1) and English (Advanced - B2/C1) .
* At least 2 years of experience working in a related position.
* Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Problem solving, critical thinking, enthusiastic and collaborative team player.
