In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring that our operations run efficiently and effectively. Your fluency in Dutch will be a key asset in communicating with our Dutch-speaking clients and partners, enhancing collaboration within our organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks aimed at streamlining our workflows. With your attention to detail and organizational prowess, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting scheduling
- Prepare and organize various documents, presentations, and reports
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure that all documentation is properly filed
- Engage with clients and team members in both Dutch and English
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as required
- Support the management team with various projects and administrative activities
- Collaborate with different departments to improve efficiency and workflow
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital collaboration tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently
- Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
- Willingness to participate in a 3-month fully paid training program in Greece
