Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam, and is responsible for generating profitable sales revenue and increasing operating income by broadening sales coverage, establishing new channel partners & customers. He/she will handle both capital equipment and aftermarket sales for Blowers Products.
Responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
* Create opportunities from key accounts, competitor’s customers, and new projects.
* Manage sales activities of partners by creating and executing business plans to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
* Analyze market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand presence.
* Evaluate partner sales performance, recommend improvements, and educate about product portfolio and services.
* Address partner-related issues such as sales conflicts and pricing issues promptly.
* Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to develop relationships with partners and customers.
* Collaborate with supply chain management, sales support, project engineers, and order fulfillment teams.
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned or required.
Basic Qualifications
* Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or related engineering field with sales experience in industrial products.
* Experience in business dealings with partners and end-users in Wastewater Treatment, Contractors, Food & Beverage industries is advantageous.
* Fluent in English or Chinese.
* Willingness to travel mainly within Vietnam based on business needs.
