Our new training centre strategically located in the port of Taliarte, a short 8km drive from the airport of Gran Canaria. We are seeking an Accounts & Administrative Officer to join our team and support day-to-day accounting, administration, and HR tasks in a dynamic and international training environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across multiple functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable :
Review and archive sales invoices, track payments, reconcile bank statements, follow up on overdue payments, and issue credit notes when needed.Accounts Payable :
Process supplier invoices in A3ERP, manage payment schedules, prepare transfers, and handle payment confirmations.Budget & Purchasing :
Support budget approvals, manage purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers on logistics or service issues.HR Administration :
Manage employee documentation, contracts, payroll changes, payslip distribution, and track annual leave.Spanish Administration :
Monitor electronic government notifications, coordinate responses, and handle digital submissions / signatures.Accounting & Tax Support :
Assist with basic bookkeeping, import financial data, and support quarterly and annual tax preparation.Management Support :
Help prepare budgets, financial reports, and analysis for internal decision-making.Tools & Platforms You’ll UseA3ERP – Accounting softwareMicrosoft Excel – Advanced use for tracking and reconciliationWhat We’re Looking ForDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields2–3 years of experience in a similar finance / admin roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation)Familiarity with Spanish accounting / tax systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskGood communication skills (written and verbal)Willing to work in Taliarte, Spain.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
