Sales & Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing the daily work. And fuel and comply with all Viatris processes to do so.
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Sales and Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the area activities
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in organizing events and meetings
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, “financial” and non-financial information
- Upload and follow contracts in LCM tool for marketing projects
- Purchase order management
- Sending materials to managers and delegates for meetings (Roll-ups, literatures, etc....)
- Collaborate in the development of sales and marketing materials (contact with agencies, invoices, promotional budget, etc.)
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Skillful with processes and tools
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and power point)
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Internal and external customer orientation
- Good understanding of office management and sales and marketing principles
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Good level of English (written mainly)
- Administrative diploma: BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
