Overview:
Provide support to human resources management processes based on the company's policies, procedures, and values to ensure employee integration and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in recruitment and personnel selection activities in the absence of an on-site Recruitment team. Prepare personnel files.
2. Support personnel access processes for relevant sites.
3. Conduct induction sessions on the company's history and philosophy for new employees.
4. Complete documentation for HR processes, including reporting new hires, terminations, and modifications for benefits such as savings accounts, loans, and discounts.
5. Prepare data files to support decision-making (e.g., headcount, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, vacations, disabilities).
6. Follow up with Operations Supervisors to ensure timely submission of timesheets in Kronos, enabling HR to approve incidents for payroll.
7. Record incidents not processed through Kronos (special payments, prorations) in Excel for HR review.
8. Respond to staff inquiries regarding payroll and other HR requests. Manage incoming packages (checks, gift vouchers, etc.).
9. Handle final settlements for departing staff.
10. Ensure the timely delivery of personnel services (transportation, food, uniforms). Manage lockers and deliver documentation to HR for government procedures.
11. Assist in organizing organizational events.
