Tu misión en este rol:
Como Trainer Comercial, serás responsable de formar y acompañar nuestra red de consultores comerciales autónomos en la zona de Levante. Tu labor será clave en la expansión de Dojo en el mercado español.
Responsabilidades principales:
Capacitación Táctica del PC Channel (agentes de venta en calle)
Metodología de Venta Consultiva en Frío
Acompañamiento y Coaching en Terreno
Desarrollo de Activos de Formación
Análisis de Rendimiento
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia: Formación comercial o gestión de equipos de venta directa (Telco, Energía, Seguros o sector Fintech).
Perfil autónomo, orientado a resultados y con fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
Alta capacidad de organización y visión estratégica
