Beca de Administración RGP (Madrid)
Your mission will be:
* Supporting customer advisory and query resolution.
* Assisting with document management.
* Helping with administrative procedures with public authorities.
* Managing orders and purchase requests.
* Using enterprise process management platforms like SAP and ServiceNow (ITSM) regularly.
* Supporting invoicing for all customer orders.
What do you need to succeed?
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or similar studies in administration.
* Interest in the administrative area of a multinational company.
* Desire to learn about urban mobility and elevation solutions.
* Enthusiasm for teamwork.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Proactivity and strong analytical skills.
* High work capacity, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
* Must be able to establish an agreement with a university or business school.
* Availability to work in Madrid.
