Offer Description
The selected person will work in the IRBLleida Management Office, with duties including:
* Preparing and publishing job offers following departmental instructions and labour regulations, ensuring compliance with IRBLleida's recruitment policy (Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment — OTM-R).
* Managing the entire selection process: receiving CVs, coordinating with the Selection Committee, preparing evaluation grids, contacting candidates, and handling administrative documentation (minutes, resolutions, communications).
* Managing employment contracts: processing applications, reviewing contracts, and preparing contractual documentation.
* Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Managing employee life-cycle procedures: incidents, leave, pregnancy risk, maternity, accidents, contract modifications, etc.
* Checking payslips and preparing files for submission and payment.
* Maintaining personnel data in the Fund@net system.
* Managing the time control system: onboarding new employees, verifying time records, calculating hours worked, and managing compensable hours.
* Providing staff support for incident resolution within their scope.
* Managing Occupational Risk Prevention activities: document control, coordination with external prevention services, medical exams, and other related tasks.
* Administering internship staff: managing agreements, coordinating with their centers, and data entry into Fund@net.
* Keeping HR documentation up-to-date, adhering to quality standards.
* Resolving issues within their responsibility and proposing solutions for broader issues.
* Performing other tasks within their technical and area responsibilities.
