We are expanding our teams in the **Intelligent Transport Systems Sector (ITS),** we are looking for a **Back Office Administrative** to support the Project Managers.

**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**
**In our team you will develop the following functions**:
- Assistance in administrative tasks to the Project Managers.
- Administrative management of shipments and collections of materials in projects.
- Review of equipment delivery schedules.
- Iteration with internal production staff.
- Control of the updating of production documentation. Control of repair status.
**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
For this position, we are looking for **experts with experience** developing the functions described, high level of** English** and knowledge of **Office, Navision and Dynamics.**
Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
